You have just started your new job as Office Manager in a small business with 5 employees. Each student is employed by a company – check the list at the bottom of this page to see which company you are employed by. You have been asked by the boss to buy application software to enable the business to run smoothly. In this assignment you will use Microsoft Word to write a Proposal document, outlining all the application software products that you recommend for the purposes you describe. You must describe at least three application software programs. You need to specify from where you will purchase the software and identify any license requirements. Each student will submit one Word document with the file name: Proposal.docx. The document should include the following features: (For help with the features, use the Help menu in Word (click on the ? in the top right hand corner of the Word screen OR press F1key) All text will be coloured dark blue font. The name of the company at the top of the document in bold font, 16 point size and underlined text. Your name beneath the name of the company in 15 point size and underlined text Beneath your name the text: “Proposal for Purchase of Software Applications” in bold font size 14 point. The remaining text should be in 13 point. There should be at least 3 pages of text, double spaced. Each page should contain a screen shot of one of the proposed software applications. A footer on each page should contain the text: “Proposed Software Applications” and the page number.
