Please pick something that you are working with in your body or mind and research how yoga has shown to be helpful. You might pick an activity from your body biography or a health challenge faced by you or someone with whom you are close. Some examples are: back pain, scoliosis, joint issues, pregnancy, asthma, anxiety, running performance, tennis…etc.
This short research paper should cite credible sources that are unbiased and backed up with evidence. Major newspapers, peer reviewed journals and published books are all possibilities. At minimum the paper should be 300 words and include at least one source. I will not accept papers without the sources included and properly cited at the end of the paper in​ APA format​.
