Prompt: After reading ONE of the student sample narratives discuss the strengths of this narrative (focus on strengths not weaknesses). What does it have that makes a good narrative? Use the terminology of this genre! How does the writer not just use narrative techniques but use it effectively? Please include the title of the work you are referencing and cite examples (brief single word or phrase, not entire sentences or passages) to support your case.
